Until the warranty period’s expiry, Weisspunkt bonds to carry out on its own expense and within the shortest time possible, according to the Service performance catalogue for respective products, all repairs and changes necessary for product parameters, operation and efficiency maintenance, stipulated in Technical Specifications and applicable legal provisions.
Expenses determined by Product’s normal wear or by the Client’s fault during the warranty period are borne by this one.
Costs resulted from product’s abnormal utilization or deterioration due to neglecting or improper surveillance, maintenance or handling, which are imputable to others than Weisspunkt Company, are excluded from costs that must be borne by Weisspunkt, and are borne by the Client.
